  Saturday, April 28th, 11:30am - 2:30pm, 27 Social Centre, Denver
  This monthly vegan-friendly brunch is going all vegan this time, with a suggested donation of $5-12. Kids eat free! Proceeds benefit the 27 Social Centre. It ends at 2:30, so you'll have just enough time to get to the World Wide Ultra Vegan Bake Sale at Leon. 

• World Wide Ultra Vegan Bake Sale!
  Saturday, April 28th, 3:00 - 6:00pm, Leon Gallery, Denver
  If you have plans for April 28th, you should probably cancel them because you'll want to be attending Denver's own World Wide Vegan Bake Sale. Presented by Plants & Animals Denver, this shindig will feature peanut butter cups, moon pies and twinkies, among other glorious vegan treats. If this isn't enough for you, hold on, because this will all be provided along with the sweet sounds of The Shaky Molars and Bike Theft. Detailsss.

• 35 Years of Conservation in Action: A Sea Shepherd Anniversary Event with Captain Paul Watson
  Friday, May 11th, 8:00 - 11:00pm, Lionscrest Manor, Lyons 
  Join our friends at Sea Shepherd Denver for an event celebrating Sea Shepherd's 35 years of direct-action conservation work. Badass Captain Paul Watson will be there for a meet and greet, New Belgium will be there with the booze, and Watercourse will be providing the appetizers. Details here.
