Sun Deli in Boulder
Imagine your typical pizza joint's menu: pepperoni pizza, pesto cheese sticks, chicken caesar wraps and so on and so forth. As you imagine another meal of a sad cheeseless pizza, adorned with limp vegetables, you notice something else about the menu: a 'v' for vegan option by an amazing majority of the menu. Suddenly, you are overwhelmed with options: should I get the buffalo chicken roll (pictured), a chicken parmesean sandwich or a white pizza? Do I get the Greek or Caesar salad? This is the reality of eating at Sun Deli. Located a few blocks down on Pearl Street from the pedestrian mall located on the same street. An overwhelming amount of options span the giant blackboard behind the register, ranging from traditional pizzas to vegan cheese steaks, so feel free to grab a paper menu if you need to focus on just a little bit at a time (I did). As for the food? Fantastic. They have both Daiya and housemade ricotta, as well as housemade seitan and tempeh- all vegan tastebuds are covered. This is a great place for omnis and vegans to break bread (literally or figuratively) in Boulder. They also sell cocomels at the counter, so dessert is covered.

Wowee! That all looks awesome! I would have a really hard time choosing from that...
It takes me FOREVER to order when I'm in that place. The rolls are the size of your head, too. Food is quite yummy.
Once I biked 40 miles just so I could eat their chikin park sandwich.
And then I biked 40 miles home.
Totally worth it.
And by "chikin park" I mean "chikin parm". Yummmmm.
I would go to a chicken park.
